Common Good chair Philip K. Howard was the featured speaker at the Colorado Civil Justice League's 2004 Legislative Honors Luncheon.

He will be speaking to the group on the need for reliable law.

The Colorado Civil Justice League is the only state-wide coalition dedicated exclusively to ending abusive lawsuits and creating a fair civil justice system in Colorado.
