CG Chairs Talks to Law Students about the Need for Reliable Law

September 5, 2003

Location: Federalist Society, University of Virginia School of Law

Common Good Chair Philip K. Howard spoke to the Federalist Society, one of the largest student groups at the University of Virginia's School of Law; Howard spoke on the need for reliable law that works for the common good.

"The enemy is this conception of individual rights. We're saying these are not about just one person's rights. Is it about a kid who fell off a seesaw or the millions of people who want to play on them?"
